Crescent Processing Company (“Crescent”) announces that it has refinanced its senior debt and recapitalized its balance sheet, effective May 2010.  The new credit facility totals $55 million, and has been provided by a bank consortium led by JPMorgan Chase Bank.  With a term of three years, this new facility provides Crescent with capital on a long term basis, allowing the Company to focus on its growth strategy.
